“Remember why you started,” is a quote that resonates heavily with Aradhna, who has been working with women to balance their hormones and increase their fertility for the last 6 years. How do this quote and her work connect? Here’s a backstory. Aradhna was a design student putting in long hours, eating questionably, heavily stressing about college and personal life, sleeping less and proudly embodying the “hustle culture.” As a result of the emotional triggers coupled with an imbalanced lifestyle she started facing chronic pain especially in her back, dizziness, balance issues, irregular periods, mood swings and was diagnosed with PCOS and Fibromyalgia, an autoimmune condition. The diagnosis prevented her from doing even daily tasks, such as walking down the stairs or carrying a handbag.

Growing up, she’d seen her own mother battle Rheumatoid Arthritis, heal herself, physically and emotionally, get certified and then heal others. This made her aware of the impact of epigenetic healing and she set out on a path to heal. Eight months later she saw clinical and symptomatic results with her PCOS and Fibromyalgia, improved mental health and overall agility. Here is where her perspective on health shifted. It drover her to change her path, re-educate herself, spread awareness and help fellow warriors heal and lead a much higher quality of life.

She started working with women to balance their hormones, increase fertility and realised in addition to nutrition, the role of movement plays particularly for their mental health, which led her to get certified as a Yoga teacher. As she continued finding clinical success with her magical fertility treatment, and PCOS reversal, there was something still niggling at her. “I saw a mom with her deformed joints and scans that said she can’t walk, walk and run again. But she does all that. It’s not just disease, arthritis, it is also the ageing process that can damage joints and cause pain,” she said. “And that’s when my first rehabilitation case happened.” She worked with someone who was unable to walk, and within just a few months, that person was walking and thriving. After that, there was no looking back. There are top leaders who come to Aradhna with ergonomic issues; people with arthritis, struggling with joint deformities and pain despite medication and a poor quality of daily life. She has her hands full.

Aradhna works with PCOS warriors, with couples on their fertility and with individuals for rehabilitation yoga. The two things that stand out are: the resolve of the mind in overcoming even the toughest conditions and how fast our body responds to a nurturing environment. She says  “Your life isn’t determined by just your genes but by the choices you make every single day. So, when you wake up, choose You.”
