Me-No-Pause

Manju Malik

“Rachna’s treatment has given me a fresh perspective on life, fostering a positive outlook compared to before. I’ve learned to accept things differently and have experienced improvements in my health and well-being. Rachna has consistently offered unwavering support and a welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for me to confide in her without hesitation. The holistic treatment, which included dietary adjustments, yoga, and supplements, proved remarkably effective and surprisingly easy to follow. Initially it was a little overwhelming, like any change can be, but staying on this path has transformed me into the best version of myself.”

— Manju Malik, Mumbai

When Manju did her first session with me, she was emotionally so overwhelmed. Every few minutes, she was crying and she wasn’t understanding what was happening to her. She had done a session with me a year ago, and she had seemed fine, but I had noted and told her that she was heading towards menopause – a process that can take a couple of years to be complete. The emotional disturbances that come with menopause had just begun. She said she was fine and the reports were good so we didn’t pursue it further. But the second time she came to me, all she kept repeating was, “I should have listened to you. I should have come earlier.” A beautiful woman who takes pride in herself, her surroundings and her relationships, suddenly, Manju was a bundle of nerves, unable to take any decisions. Her emotional sensitivity was high and her self-confidence began to disappear. It was truly heartbreaking to see this gorgeous woman like this. So we began her journey with the physical and emotional nutrition focused on calming her hormones, bringing back the vibrant Manju everyone knew and getting her confidence levels back. Because of her emotional fluctuations, she had stopped going out, and began to feel under confident. Within a matter of a few months, all this changed. Each session we did, she began to feel calmer. She would come into the session feeling stressed and would leave feeling relieved and happier. Slowly, the stress began disappearing. After a few sessions she began to feel calm, confident and her skin started to glow and look rested. Her sleep quality improved and soon she began going out again.

Emotional healing is a difficult one – most people don’t acknowledge it. But Manju is brave, courageous and a path breaker. She not only acknowledged it but she also followed the tenets of the program religiously and the results are evident. Her serotonin levels had been extremely high, triggering the agitation and stress. Her hormones were fluctuating as they do during the process of menopause, causing low moods and poor sleep. Via my program, she began to experience calmness, her reports improved and her response to her external environment became positive and happy. I remember in one of our sessions, she told me about this theme party she was going to, and the confident, go-getter Manju was back – planning her entire look with me! The cowgirl look (see pic) naturally won her accolades with friends.
