Rishika’s journey into the world of epigenetic healing was shaped by deeply personal experiences. A long-time autoimmune warrior herself, she witnessed firsthand the debilitating effects of chronic illness—beginning with her mother’s painful battle with rheumatoid arthritis and later her own diagnosis of Lichen Planopilaris in 2020.

At the time, conventional treatment options offered little beyond steroid-based protocols, which led to severe side effects including weight gain, brittle bones, and constant fatigue. The turning point came when Rishika began working with Dr Rachna and Epigenetix™. Through her approach rooted in lifestyle medicine and epigenetic insight, Rishika experienced sustained healing and a complete shift in how she understood health and recovery.

Her personal mission took on even greater urgency when her young son was diagnosed with Lichen Planus. Rishika’s own healing experience deepened her conviction that early, root-cause-based intervention is critical for recovery.
