Yusuf Aaji, 43, is from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He was diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a chronic liver disease in which the bile ducts inside and outside the liver get inflamed and scarred and eventually narrow or become blocked. When this happens, bile builds up in the liver and causes further liver damage. The prognosis is usually liver failure, and a liver transplant becomes necessary when doctors cannot keep the disease from getting worse.

Yusuf had already been on a nutrition plan for a few months when he came to me. His liver test report results showed that his SGOT was 131 (the normal range is up to 40), SGPT 489 (normal up to 41), alkaline phosphatase 338 (normal up to 126), GGT 1284 (normal up to 61), and bilirubin 13 (normal up to 7). However, after just 30 days of following my protocol, his SGOT and SGPT came down to 29, alkaline phosphatase became 77, GGT 51 and bilirubin 9. His autoimmune scores were also high. He had high ASMA 1:100, and high IgG 3 0,97. Both came back to normal with my treatment, the IgG went down to 0.004. He repeated his liver FibroScan to test fibrosis (thickening or scarring of tissues), which had been positive a year ago. And now, it was negative – his liver fibrosis had disappeared!
We did a video session after he received the report. Yusuf was sitting in his car because he didn’t have any privacy in his office. And he was laughing. ‘I feel fresher, lighter and have more energy,’ he told me. ‘Earlier I used to get tired by late afternoon, but not now.’ He said that it was difficult to adapt to the plan because he had never eaten like that. He had gone to a local nutritionist in Riyadh who put him on a ‘liver-friendly’ diet, but his reports did not show improvements and neither did he feel better. ‘Frankly, I didn’t expect results like this within just thirty days,’ said Yusuf. ‘I am quite amazed. I am looking forward to getting rid of this disease.’ All his reports and scans now negative for PSC.
